I can tell you exactly where the housewives are hiding: at home. No, really, that’s why they are housewives, and that’s also why they’re bored.

Where Are All The Bored Housewives?

Most of us who allow ourselves to be called housewives are really stay at home mothers whose children have finally reached school age. We’ve spent hours of our lives doing all the things that mothers must do, and now that the little ones are gone for the day, we have time on our hands. And because the man of the house is away being the breadwinner, and comes home tired most nights, and is bored with his job and his life (and maybe his wife) too…well, you can see where I’m going with this. There’s nothing I’d like better than to find a lover who is willing to work with my schedule, and fulfill my every fantasy. Life doesn’t have to be boring all the time, does it?

I have had a bit of experience with flings, especially when I finally officially became a bored housewife. My last child went off to first grade and I went outside to talk to the pool boy. Okay, we did more than talk, and we found a new use for the shallow end of the pool, but I learned a valuable lesson – don’t satisfy those urges for adventure with someone who was hired by the husband!

That’s when I discovered adult dating and social networking sites, where I could browse the attractions to my heart’s content and be very, very choosy. I do have needs after all, and I deserve to have them met by the best-looking man I can find who meets all my other criteria – good sense of humor, knowledge of wine, and so on. Oh, and it has to stay casual, of course, because I’m not looking for a long-term relationship – I already have one, and I’m not leaving it any time soon.

So while I am a bored housewife most of the time, I’ve found ways to spice up my life once in a while with some casual sex, and there’s nothing wrong with that!
