A PERSONAL trainer from Southampton has literally added some booty to her bootcamp, with the launch of the UK\u2019s first ever nude workout – where the clothes come off along with the pounds.<\/h3>\n

Helen Smith was joined by ten willing participants for the hour-long nude-ercise class on Saturday evening, which cost \u00a38 and is been deemed suitable for all ages and fitness levels.<\/p>\n

The former recruitment consultant led the circuit-style workout – which included jumping-jacks, sit-ups, push-ups and partners work – entirely in the buff.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old is a member of naturist organisation British Naturism, and said, \u201cThe main benefit of exercising naked is that you can really see what the instructor is doing in the exercises.<\/p>\n
